Procedures for the Collection of Contributions

The Board of Trustees of the SMART Local 265 Fringe Benefit Funds have updated the Procedures for the Collection of Contributions. The full Procedure document cites the various ERISA and DOL requirements with which the Funds must abide, and upon which the Funds based the procedures.  We have also drafted a Quick Reference Guide for Employers that includes Frequently Asked Questions.
